Service Times
Sunday Morning Worship starts at 10am with Sunday School starting at 11:30am. Wednesday Night Bible Study and prayer begin at 6:30pm. Wednesday Bible Study is held in the Fellowship Hall. The building is the nearest to the Benita entry point.

First Baptist church of Rancho Cordova is a bible teaching church where we place high value on prayer, fellowship, evangelism and discipleship. Our church excels in caring for our faith community and believe that your "clutch friends" are your "real friends."

Our Ministries
First Baptist has many ministries and ways we serve the Lord.
Prayer Ministry
This is a serious ministry for us with members of the congregation serving as prayer warriors during altar call, taking specific prayer assignments and engaging the church in various prayer programs. If you enjoy prayer life, this is for you.
Men's Ministry
Our Men's Ministry focuses on fellowship amongst the brothers, studying the Word and service projects around the church, for our members and in our community.
Women's Missionary Union
WMU’s unwavering focus is making disciples of Jesus who live on mission. We carry out this mission by providing missions discipleship resources for churches and individuals, offering opportunities to engage with compassion ministries, and equipping people through leadership development experiences.
Stephen Ministry
This is a care ministry that allows those with the gift of caring to provide care to members of the congregation during difficult times. Stephen Ministers complete a rigorous training program and are required to participate in supervision and continuing education in order to provide the best level of care for the congregation.
Missionary to a Block
If you have a desire to tell people about Jesus, this is the ministry for you. This is a community engagement ministry that will allow you to help people in our own backyard come to know Jesus.
Thread 2 Sew
This is a ministry that reaches out to the entire world. In this ministry, the church comes together and sews clothing, pillows and other needed items for children in third world countries as well as local children. Whether you are a novice sewer or an expert, there are projects to which you can contribute.
Fantastic Fellowship
Seniors hanging out and having fun is what Fantastic Fellowship is all about. A favorite ministry in the church, Fantastic Fellowship hosts lunches and trips for seniors.
Our church also hosts Family Game Night each month on a Friday evening. It is a great time of fellowship and potluck dinner!
