Tom jones, pastor

Rev. Tom Jones surrendered to the ministry in early 1998, when Christ spoke to him from Matthew 4:19

"Come, follow me,” Jesus said, “and I will send you out to fish for people.”

He graduated from seminary in 2001, and served in various ministerial capacities along the way, before preaching his first sermon as Senior Pastor of FBC-Rancho on December 2, 2007.

Pastor Tom also leads the weekly Wednesday night bible study for adults. He has a passion for church history and attributes his inspiration to several Gospel pioneers, including Martin Luther, William Carey, and St. Patrick.

David Black, worship leader

Rev. Dave Black has served FBC Rancho for more than 10 years as Minister of Music.

His singular vision for our music is to honor God and to invite others into a deeper spiritual connection with our Savior.

Dave credits his calling to the ministry and his inspiration for worship to Apostle Paul's declaration in Galatians 2:20

"I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives

in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God,

who loved me and gave himself for me."
